Acceptance and scope

These Website Terms govern access to and use of BlockIoT.ai, operated by Blockiot, LLC. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

These Terms apply only to the corporate website. Any assessment, procurement, implementation, managed service, channel activity, or other engagement is governed by a separate written agreement when accepted by BlockIoT and the customer or partner.

Website information

The site provides general information about AI infrastructure, deployment, optimization, managed operations, and partner-led delivery. Content is for general business information and is not legal, tax, financial, security, or architecture advice.

Capabilities, product availability, regions, timelines, pricing, incentives, and commercial terms may change and remain subject to technical review, compliance review, third-party policies, and a signed agreement.

Partner credentials and third-party marks

BlockIoT uses the formally approved designations “AWS Partner” and “OpenAI Channel Partner.” These credentials describe approved partner status; they do not by themselves guarantee a specific program tier, customer outcome, product availability, discount, funding, co-sell motion, endorsement, or commercial term.

AWS, Amazon Web Services, OpenAI, and other company, product, and service names are trademarks of their respective owners. Third-party marks may be used only in accordance with applicable brand guidelines and permissions.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, probe or disrupt systems, bypass access or security controls, scrape the site at a harmful rate, misrepresent affiliation, submit unlawful or deceptive material, or interfere with another user.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you submit and for ensuring that you have authority to provide it.

Intellectual property

The site, its design, text, graphics, code, and BlockIoT names and marks are owned by or licensed to Blockiot, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use site content for internal evaluation of BlockIoT services. No other license is granted without prior written permission.

Third-party services and links

The site may link to or interact with third-party services, including Formspree and technology-provider websites. BlockIoT does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” BlockIoT disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing on the site constitutes a binding offer or commitment.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blockiot, LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum amount permitted by law.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Courts with applicable jurisdiction in Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes concerning the website, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
